1. Service Overview / Seva ka Uddeshya

PayEcho is a UPI mobile soundbox app that announces incoming payment notifications and provides related utility features for merchants and businesses in India.

PayEcho ek notification-based app hai jo payment alert voice mein batata hai.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering contracts under Indian law and must use the app only for lawful business/personal purposes.

3. Subscription, Auto-Renewal and Billing

Paid plans are offered via Google Play subscriptions.
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled by you before renewal.
You can manage/cancel subscriptions from your Google Play account settings.
Pricing, taxes, billing cycles, and offer validity are shown at checkout.

Auto-renew ka control Google Play account se hota hai.

4. Refunds

Refunds, if any, are processed according to applicable Google Play policies and payment platform rules. Think Tank Apps does not guarantee refunds outside those policies.

5. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the app for fraud, unauthorized access, impersonation, or unlawful activity.
You will not reverse engineer, tamper with, or disrupt app security or service availability.

6. Third-Party Dependency Disclaimer

App behavior depends on Android OS, device settings, notification permissions, battery policies, and third-party UPI app notifications. Delays or missed announcements may occur due to factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Think Tank Apps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from app use, interruption, or dependency on third-party systems.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, abuse, or unlawful use. You may stop using the app at any time and cancel paid plans via Google Play.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to competent courts in India.
