2. Information we process

  • Notification content needed to identify payment alerts and announce received amount.
  • Basic in-app preferences such as selected language, volume behavior, and alert settings.
  • Subscription status and purchase entitlement from Google Play billing.

3. What we do not collect

  • We do not ask for your bank login password or UPI PIN.
  • We do not directly operate your bank account.
  • We do not guarantee access to all third-party payment app internals.

4. Permissions

PayEcho requires notification access to detect relevant payment notifications. Without this permission, core voice alert features may not work as intended.

5. Why we use data

  • To deliver real-time payment voice announcements.
  • To show payment history and usage summaries in app where applicable.
  • To support subscription access and feature entitlements.

6. Billing and auto-renew

Paid plans are offered through Google Play subscription billing, which may auto-renew until you cancel from Google Play settings. Billing records are managed according to Google Play policies.

7. Data retention and control

App-related data is retained only as needed for service functionality and compliance. You can stop use anytime by uninstalling the app and cancelling subscriptions in Google Play.

8. Security

We apply reasonable safeguards to protect information. However, no digital service can provide absolute security, and users should also secure their devices.

9. Children

PayEcho is intended for general/business users and is not specifically directed to children under applicable laws.

10. Updates to this policy

We may revise this policy from time to time. Updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
